Relationship is key. Building trust and a good rapport in a therapeutic environment is a significant part of the therapeutic process. I am very goal oriented, and that’s how I assist my clients as well. We have all been broken, seeking help and guidance sometimes is the hardest, first step.

I have been licensed in Oklahoma since 2013, before joining the Fresh Roots family and becoming licensed in Arkansas in 2017. I assist in areas such as divorce, co-parenting, reunification, anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, behavioral issues, women’s issues and self harm. I enjoy traveling, specifically to the beach, and Oklahoma State football!
