Before Your Visit

We do accept a variety of insurances and also have self-pay options. Before your visit, please call your insurance benefits department to determine coverage. Here are helpful questions to ask:

• Do I have outpatient mental health benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met this year?
• What copay can I expect?
• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
• How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?
• Is pre-certification or preauthorization required?

  • Our therapists accept a variety of private insurances. In order to determine if we accept your insurance, please call the office and our insurance specialist will be glad to assist you.

  • We understand that sometimes an appointment may need to be canceled or changed. Our office staff would be happy to assist you with that. However, cancelation with less than 24 hours notice will result in a cancelation fee.
