Kessia Brown
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges. Since 2012, I have worked in diverse settings, including oncology, children/youth mental health facilities, school social work, and geriatric care. My passion for mental health led me to earn a Master’s degree in Social Work, driven by a deep commitment to providing compassionate, nonjudgmental support to those in need.
Beyond my professional experience, I am a mother to a biological child, an adopted child, and foster children. My personal journey—including navigating perinatal issues, adoption, foster care, depression/anxiety, and walking alongside individuals facing cancer diagnoses—has profoundly shaped my understanding of the challenges, complexities, and joys of life’s many stages. These experiences have deepened my ability to hold space for others as they navigate their own unique paths.
Recently, I have found a strong passion for supporting individuals through the complexities of perinatal health. I believe that every reproductive story is unique and deserves to be heard with compassion and without judgment. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where individuals can freely express their thoughts, successes, pain, grief, and insecurities.
Whether you are facing depression, perinatal challenges, or other life stressors, you don’t have to go through it alone. I am here to walk alongside you, helping you find strength, healing, and hope. Together, we will work toward healing, growth, and resilience.
